where will they take place exactly? i mean the qualifiers...

there aren't qualifiers for grand prix in israel, because a grand prix is different than a pro tour in that everyone can participate. you don't need to qualify. the so called 'qualifiers' that are sometimes held for grand prix are called grand prix trials and what they grant you is 3 byes in the first 3 rounds of the grand prix.
besides, the likelyhood that anyone would go to a grand prix is very small, because the prize payout is a lot smaller than a pro tour, and you need to make top 8 just to break even with your expenses.

Block הוא פורמט Constructed כלומר, אתה בא עם החבילה מהבית. הקלפים המותרים בו הוא רק קלפים מהבלוק הרלוונטי. למשל Odyssey Block זה קלפים מ
Odyssey+Torment+Judgement.
איזה בלוק בדיוק זה יהיה, מן הסתם הבלוק הנוכחי.
