IS there a FNM or a league that meets in petah tiqwa? and if so when and where? im trying to figure out the closest place to Ariel that a league meets so i can go, i would gladly go to the pub on fridays in tel aviv but the buses dont run later then six

Can anyone tell me what this is all about? is this like a FNM or is it geared to not-new players? I dont understand all the formats yet so im not sure what drafting is just trying to figure a place that i can go to every week to play some magic
