Two triggered abilities with opposite effects
If I have Sacred Ground and Samurai of the Pale Curtain in play, what happens if a land goes to the graveyard? I choose the order of which both of the effects goes up the stack?

Samurai of the Pale Curtain's ability is a replacement effect; it prevents the land from ever going to the graveyard, simply removing it from the game instead, so that it will never even trigger Sacred Ground effect of returning it to play once it arrives in the graveyard.
Now, suppose there were instead a Sacred Ground and a Planar Void in play. In this case, when the land goes to the graveyard, both enchantments trigger. The active player stacks his effects first (so they will resolve last), and his opponent stacks them second, so if the active player controls Planar Void, the land will first be returned to play, at which point the Void won't have anything to remove from the game anymore (since it stops tracking its subject the moment it changes zones from the graveyard back to play). If the active player controls Sacred Ground, the land will be removed from the game before it can be returned to play.
If both enchantments are controlled by the same player, he chooses the order in which their effects are stacked.

ok, thanks. And btw, the effect of Sacred Ground (and Planar Void) is not a replacement effect, right? So, the card does go to the graveyard before it is returned to play, right? So, If SG is in play and a land goes to the graveyard - then the effect of SG goes up the stack, then someone can play something that will remove the land from the graveyard before SG's effect is resolved, am I right?
