It has errata says you sacrifice him as a payment for his ability, so it can't be stifled.

שים לב, קל מאוד לבדוק אם למשהו יש Errata. פשוט תזין את השם של הקלף לשדה החיפוש שלמעלה. בחלון שנפתח יש את ה Oracle text הכי מעודכן, כולל Errata.

the errata changed an activated ability to a replacement affect. no stifle here. also doesnt work with phyrexian dreadnaught
