hello boys and girls this is my first appearnce here
o.k. my question is: i need to know good cards (doesnt matter t1 or t2 or whatever) that can or give you lots of mana quick (at the begining of tha game) or lets you draw lots of cards (at the beginig of the game) and guys not the p9 cards i wond be able to get those!!!

well the thing is up untill now i've been playing with two opponents (which usually means a slow game) but i want to start making a really cool fast deck. so far some good ideas were given but i need the names of cards that let you play more then 1 land a turn and the way to reach these cards fast
thanks for the ideas so far i will try to get some of the cards suggested here ....
i'll get back to see if any new ideas are posted (forgive my ignorense about fast
decks but rest assured i'm a FAST learner
)

exploration and fast bond r cool cards (fast bond i have now all i need to do is put my hand on an exploration card... well it seems i got my work cut out for me)
any way all those cards are mostly green do u know any good fast cards for other colors (besides dark ritual)

I your already using fastbond, you can use and creature that can redirect all damage from you to itself or and card the prevents all damage to you until end of turn or there are also many enchantments with cumulitive upkeeps that can prevent all damage to you so that way, you can put as many lands as you want into playand not recieve any damage. i once played against an oppennent that had a card that whenever a land comes into play, its controller draws a card. he used on me that card, fastbond and an enchantment the prevents all damage to him with cumulitive upkeep. i waited for 15 minutes while he drew almost his entire deck and put down 30 lands about and then tapped them all, cast armageddon and then time twister (this was on appr) and then started all over again... at the end he cast brain geyser on me and made me draw 140 cards :S all that on the third turn. how i wished to have a force of will in my hand to counter his brain gesyer
